 I have only received one reply back from the notification I sent out to Reporters Without Borders, the Authors and Contributors.  This has been ready for review for a little over a week, so I'm assuming that no news is good news.

The simple counter on the Release Notes/Download page says that the Release Notes have been seen by 19 unique visitors as of the time of this post.

Feedback is welcome. I plan to be back on Monday.  Bear in mind I do not have an internet connection of my own, and must borrow the connections of others nice enough to let me.  Thanks for being patient.
